For most jobs, yes. We need someone to point out what goes and what stays. Outdoor jobs (yard debris, driveway items) can sometimes run unattended if everything is clearly staged.

Most residential jobs take 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on volume and access. Full home or estate cleanouts take longer - we'll give a time estimate with your quote.

No. The price quoted is the price you pay - includes all labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The only time it changes is if you add more items after we've quoted.

Yes - 15% off every job for active military, veterans, and first responders. Just mention it when you call. Occasional promotions on our social channels too.

Almost anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, exercise equipment, hot tubs, office furniture. If you can point at it, we can probably haul it.

A short list, and every item on it is a licensing or safety restriction rather than a preference: asbestos, chemicals and solvents, pesticides, oil and automotive fluids, wet paint and stain, propane tanks and other flammables, and medical or biological waste. Everything else is fair game. If any of it turns up mid-job we will tell you straight, quote the rest, and point you to where that part actually needs to go. Not sure about a specific item? We sort everything. Usable items donated to local charities. Recyclables to recycling centers. E-waste to certified facilities. Only true waste goes to the landfill. We aim for up to 60% landfill diversion.

Yes. Furniture, clothing, appliances, or other items in good condition - we'll drop them at local donation centers instead of the landfill.

Yes. TVs, computers, monitors, printers, and other electronics go to certified e-waste recycling facilities. They don't get thrown in the landfill.
