Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Yes. Same-day service in Peoria, Bloomington, Springfield, and Chicagoland for most jobs. Call in the morning and we usually arrive by afternoon. Next-day service available for surrounding areas.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For most jobs, yes. We need someone to point out what goes and what stays. Outdoor jobs (yard debris, driveway items) can sometimes run unattended if everything is clearly staged.

How long does a typical job take?

Most residential jobs take 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on volume and access. Full home or estate cleanouts take longer - we'll give a time estimate with your quote.

How do you determine the price?

We price by truck volume, not by the hour. On-site we look at what needs to go and give a firm price before any work starts. Single items from $130. Half load from $500. Full trailer from $850. See our pricing page for detailed estimates.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price quoted is the price you pay - includes all labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The only time it changes is if you add more items after we've quoted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and most major credit/debit cards. Payment due when the job is complete.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes - 15% off every job for active military, veterans, and first responders. Just mention it when you call. Occasional promotions on our social channels too.

What items do you haul?

Accepted Answer

Almost anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, exercise equipment, hot tubs, office furniture. If you can point at it, we can probably haul it.

Is there anything you won't take?

We can't haul hazardous chemicals or flammable materials. Not sure about a specific item? Just give us a call.

Do you take construction debris?

Accepted Answer

Yes - drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, scrap metal, and general renovation waste. We work with contractors and homeowners on demo and remodel cleanups regularly.

Can you remove a hot tub or shed?

Accepted Answer

Yes - hot tub removal, above-ground pool removal, shed tear-down and removal, and other large outdoor items. Priced based on size and labor required.

What happens to my junk after you take it?

We sort everything. Usable items donated to local charities. Recyclables to recycling centers. E-waste to certified facilities. Only true waste goes to the landfill. We aim for up to 60% landfill diversion.

Can you donate items on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Furniture, clothing, appliances, or other items in good condition - we'll drop them at local donation centers instead of the landfill.

Do you recycle electronics?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TVs, computers, monitors, printers, and other electronics go to certified e-waste recycling facilities. They don't get thrown in the landfill.
