• Improve our website and services

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our hosting and database provider, our email service provider, and our job-tracking software, and only so they can do that work for us; with Google Analytics, as described under “Cookies and browser storage” below; and when the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, their full addresses (which can include a campaign or ad click code), the website that sent you, and basic details about your device and browser. Our website code also tells Google Analytics when you tap or click our phone number and when you send us a quote request. With a quote request, our code also sends Google Analytics your answer to “How did you hear about us?”, but nothing else you type or choose in our forms, such as your name, phone number, or email address. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete its cookies in your browser settings.

This site uses no advertising cookies or ad pixels.

How you got here. When you arrive on this site, our own website code keeps a small note in your browser's session storage about how you got here: when you arrived, the page you landed on, the website that sent you if there was one, and any campaign or advertising click code that was in the link you clicked, such as a Google Ads click ID. It is not a cookie, and your browser normally clears it when you close the tab. The note stays in your browser unless you send us a quote request through a form on this site. If you do, it is attached to and stored with your quote request so we know how you found us. Our website code does not send it to advertisers. Separately, this site's own visit counter records each time a page of this site loads in your browser: the page's full address (which can include a campaign or ad click code), the page that sent you if your browser shares it, your screen width, and a scrambled form of your internet (IP) address. Moving to another page of this site without the page reloading is not recorded. To tell which page loads belong to the same visit, it keeps a random visit ID in your browser's session storage, which your browser normally clears when you close the tab.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not change what it does when it receives one.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Simply contact us and we'll take care of it.
